Orders placed online before 2.00 pm with payment being completed successfully, will be dispatched by Royal Mail the same day for delivery within 48 hrs to most of the UK.

For orders which the lower rate of delivery has been paid, Items will be dispatched for Next Working Day delivery, but this is not a guaranteed service. If you require your items guaranteed Next Day Delivery, you must contact us immediately after making your order to upgrade the shipping or place your order by telephone. Our Next Working Day delivery service is not available on weekends.
If you require your delivery for a Saturday you can contact us and request this, however there is an additional charge to pay the delivery companies for the service. The Saturday delivery service is only available for customers within mainland UK.
Orders dispatched using the guaranteed Next Working Day Courier Service can be delivered anytime between 9 am & 5 pm and require a signature. Deliveries made by Royal Mail Special Delivery will be made before 1 pm weekdays. International orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, or with a courier for larger shipments. All deliveries must be signed for. Delivery costs vary on the value of goods and the delivery destinations, International Signed For? with Royal Mail aim to have orders delivered in three working days to Western Europe, five working days to Eastern Europe and seven working days for the rest of the world, However at busy holiday periods these times may not be met.

milanimakeup.co.uk operates a "no-quibbles" guarantee and will replace in full any damaged or faulty equipment providing the return meets with our T&C's stated below.
Notification should be received of the problem within 30 days of receipt. Contact our Returns Team at: firstname.lastname@example.org or on: 0208 646 6884.
If the return is due to an error made by milanimakeup.co.uk, postage shall also be refunded. For your own protection, you are recommended to return any items using a registered postage facility. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds for internet orders are subject to a small admin charge.
We DO NOT accept any responsibility for goods on return to us. This is the senders responsibility, and the sender must ensure that adequate insurance has been taken to cover the cost of the goods if they are lost or damaged on return to us.
In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days following receipt of the item(s), as long as all goods are returned unused and unopened and are fit for re-sale.
